The EIG CONCERT‑Japan research partnership has launched its 13th Joint Call for Proposals on the topic “AI‑Powered Robotics for Real‑World Applications.”
Project proposals may be submitted until 22 July 2026. The start of the implementation of the funded projects is expected in the first half of 2027.

AI-Powered Robotics for Real-World Applications Archives – EIG CONCERT Japan
By Resolution No. 278.C of 12 March 2026, the Presidium of the Slovak Academy of Sciences allocated funding of EUR 40,000 per project per year for a period of three years for this call. It is anticipated that one project involving SAS will be supported under this scheme.
Consortium Building and Partner Search
Eligible applications must be submitted by international consortia consisting of at least three partners from different countries, one of which must be based in Japan. All applicants must comply with the eligibility criteria and national regulations set by their respective funding organisations.

When forming international research consortia, applicants are encouraged to use the Partner Search Tool – Partfinder, operated by the Polish funding agency NCBR. This tool supports project leaders looking for international partners as well as researchers interested in joining emerging project consortia.
