Goal
The Mobility Visit programme is designed to support short-term stays of distinguished foreign scientists. Its aim is to exchange experiences with eminent personalities of world science, to science for a wider academic and non-academic audience, as well as to establish and deepen mutual cooperation.

Method of application:
The statutory representative of the SAS organisation submits an application – Proposal for funding (Annex) to the Department of International Cooperation. The CV of the invited guest should be attached to the proposal.
Evaluation:
All received applications will be assessed by the Committee on Foreign Relations of the SAS, which will rank the applications.
The results will be known by 22 May 2023. OMS will publish the results on its website (https://oms.sav.sk/) and will also send them to the relevant statutory representatives. A maximum of 4 proposals may be supported.
Funding:
Amount of support: up to the costs, max. 2000 EUR/guest.
Funding will be made to the SAV organisation in the form of reimbursement of costs after the departure of the guest. The application for reimbursement must include all financial documents related to the visit of the foreign guest (invoices, travel tickets, cash receipts, etc.), copies of which will be sent to the International Cooperation Department of the SAV Office after the end of the stay.
